How it works

  1. Step 1

    Bring your medication list

Names, strengths and how often you take them — that's all we need to start.

  2. Step 2

    We review your plan fit

We compare your list against formularies and out-of-pocket estimates.

  3. Step 3

    We flag savings

Lower-tier alternatives, 90-day fills, vaccine coverage and assistance programs.

  4. Step 4

We set up delivery and sync

Everything aligned to one day a month, delivered free in Philadelphia.

Vaccines at no cost under Part D

Since the Inflation Reduction Act, ACIP-recommended adult vaccines carry no cost-sharing for Part D beneficiaries. That includes shingles (Shingrix) and RSV — two vaccines seniors previously skipped because of cost. Walk in any time.

Part B vs Part D, quickly

Part B generally covers vaccines like flu, pneumococcal and COVID-19, plus certain diabetic supplies and some administered drugs. Part D covers most retail prescriptions and other adult vaccines. We bill the right one — you don't have to figure it out.

Open enrollment review

Every October through December we sit down with beneficiaries and compare plan options against their real medication list. Bring your list; it takes about twenty minutes and often saves hundreds of dollars a year.
