Condo wellness

A pharmacy in your building.

Parkway's condominium wellness program brings pharmacy services directly into Philadelphia residential buildings — free front-desk or door delivery for residents, in-building vaccination clinics, blood pressure and wellness screenings, and pharmacist-led resident education, all coordinated with building management at no cost to the association.

Who it's for

  • Condominium associations and boards
  • High-rise and mid-rise apartment communities
  • Building and property managers
  • Resident wellness committees
  • Buildings with a large 55+ resident population

What you get

  • A visible resident amenity at zero cost to the association
  • Free delivery for every resident who wants it
  • In-building flu, COVID-19, RSV and shingles clinics
  • Blood pressure and wellness screening events
  • Pharmacist Q&A sessions in your community room
  • Local, independent, and responsive to building staff

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Talk to building management

We meet with your board or property manager to scope what residents actually want.

  2. Step 2

    Set up resident delivery

Front-desk, concierge or door delivery per your building's policy — free for residents.

  3. Step 3

    Schedule a wellness event

A flu clinic, a blood pressure screening day or a pharmacist Q&A in the community room.

  4. Step 4

    Make it recurring

Most buildings settle into a seasonal clinic plus ongoing delivery.

Why buildings do this

Residents consistently rank health-related conveniences among the amenities they value most, and it costs the association nothing. For older residents it can be the difference between taking medication reliably and not.

What an event looks like

A typical in-building clinic runs two to four hours in the community room. We handle scheduling, consent forms, insurance billing, vaccine supply, and cleanup. Buildings provide space and help us promote it.

  • Flyers and digital notices we prepare for you
  • Sign-up sheet or walk-in format
  • Direct insurance and Medicare billing — no charge to residents in most cases
  • Immunization records sent to residents and reported to the state registry
