How medication synchronization works
Med sync is the single biggest quality-of-life upgrade we offer to patients on multiple medications. Here's how it works.
The problem it solves
If you take 5 medications from 3 different prescribers, your refills land on 5 different days each month. That means 5 pharmacy trips — or 5 chances to forget.
What we do
We coordinate with your insurance to do partial fills on certain medications until everything lines up on the same day. Then every refill comes due the same day, every month.
The pharmacist call
The day before your sync day, a Parkway pharmacist calls you (or your caregiver) to confirm what you still need, flag any changes, and answer questions before we package and deliver.
Combined with delivery
Sync day + free delivery = one box arrives at your door, every month. No trips. No missed doses.
How to start
Tell us at your next refill that you'd like to start med sync. We do the rest, usually within 1–2 cycles.
